✨ After three months of dedicated craftsmanship, our Button-Eject version is finally here—and ready to ship!
This project has been one of our most ambitious challenges yet. The internal structure was notoriously difficult to perfect, especially since we reserved extra space for future electronic upgrades. Out of two prototype versions, we boldly chose to pursue the most complex design.
🔧 The greatest challenge came from the hilt body itself, which required three rounds of CNC milling plus precision lathe work. The unique internal pulley track demanded a custom mold, ensuring both durability and enough internal room for upcoming sound-upgrade versions.
⚡ Another tough hurdle—delaying us by three weeks—was the emitter head. We refused to compromise by drilling visible holes, so after countless trials, we developed a pressure-fit installation system. Every screw in the emitter is a factory-custom piece, designed to deliver the most authentic screen-accurate look possible.
