Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You must also have a reasonable reason for your return request. We do Not accept return simply becuase of excuses such as accidental order.
To start a return, you can contact us at darkcybersabers@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will ask you to create a return shipping label or we may send you one depending on the case. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As a reputable saber vendor, we do doublecheck our products before shipping out to you and we may leave ourselves with a video photage as record.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) .
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift card.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that Dark Cyber Sabers is not to be hold accountable for any shipping damages , however we can assist you in the process of chasing up with couriers.
If the customer askes for a cancellation of an order not due to the fault of our shop, the customer is due to bear the fee shopify charges us. We will deduct this fee and then refund the balance to the customer.
